Take advantage of your commute- listen to audiobooks, take related online training, join broadcasts. If you’re riding the bus or metro, use that time to send an email, plan, or make phone calls. Transform your commute time to productive time, but stay safe.
Check in with yourself. Constantly ask yourself if what you are working on is important. Make your next move based on your answer.
Take 5-to-10 minute breaks whenever you feel mentally fatigued. It is normal to feel fatigue, tired, sleepy or even bored. Notice that and give yourself permission to take a break.
