Find a mentor or a career coach. Although some jobs do offer training and mentor-ship, they stop as soon as you learn the tasks. Actively look for someone who can teach you, mentor you and help you grow and become better at all tasks.
Use visual pleasure. Give yourself something nice to look at. Some people like family pictures, some like art and crafts, and others like mirrors. Have something nice to look at once in awhile to replenish your energy.
Take advantage of your commute- listen to audiobooks, take related online training, join broadcasts. If you’re riding the bus or metro, use that time to send an email, plan, or make phone calls. Transform your commute time to productive time, but stay safe.
