Have a walking meeting. Not all meetings have to be inside the office. Go for a walk with your employees or co-workers and discuss whats needs to be covered in the meeting. Taking a walk is healthy, friendly and refreshing.

Clear your head at least every two hours. Step away from your desk or task, eat, exercise or talk to a co-worker. Your brain needs to be cleared in order to become more creative and function better.
Go for a short walk, do office yoga, stretch, or just practice some breathing techniques. Getting active improves your immune system, refreshes your mind, and helps you feel better.
Find a mentor or a career coach. Although some jobs do offer training and mentor-ship, they stop as soon as you learn the tasks. Actively look for someone who can teach you, mentor you and help you grow and become better at all tasks.
Analyze your time and tasks. Track and limit how much time you’re spending on tasks. Keep record of your tasks and time you spend on them for a week and plan your day based on that.
Use visual pleasure. Give yourself something nice to look at. Some people like family pictures, some like art and crafts, and others like mirrors. Have something nice to look at once in awhile to replenish your energy.
Give up the illusion of perfection. Productivity does not necessary mean perfection. Nothing is ever perfect, especially if you are a perfectionist. Set standards and accept them.
